This project includes several new offices, a new retail space, IT room, electrical room, vestibule and lobby. There is new underground, trenching, and kennels for large dogs, and small dogs, in addition to kennels and a new area for kittens and cats. There are six new fenced in areas for dog yards, and an animal acquaintance and staff work room. There is a new septic system being installed to support the new addition and the property will operate off its existing well service. There is a portion of the existing paving that is being removed/replaced with new paving and additional parking/paving/sidewalks will expand the parking at the facility. The existing gas line is being relocated to service the new addition, and the electrical power will be fed from the 800amp panel installed during Phase 1 of the CVHS project
