The South Tower鈥檚 fourth floor was transformed into a 24-bed Inpatient Behavioral Health (IBH) facility, inclusive of a comprehensive overhaul of the mechanical infrastructure such as the replacement of water and sanitary pipes. The fifth floor was refurbished into a state-of-the-art mechanical floor, equipped with brand new air handling units, an epoxy floor, a modern electrical space, with power coming from the other side of the campus and Variable Air Volume systems to cater to the fourth floor鈥檚 needs. The existing penthouse mechanical units were demolished.
