Graham Construction acts as an agent and owner鈥檚 representative to manage the construction project. We provide the same types of services as a Construction Manager at Risk; however, due to competitive bidding laws, the construction contracts are between the owner and the prime contractors. Graham then administers and manages all contracts for the owner. Many of our public entity customers will use this delivery method.

The CMaR model is a collaborative project delivery method where the construction manager (CM) works closely with the owner during the design and pre-construction phases to provide cost estimates, constructability reviews, and scheduling expertise. Once the design is complete, the CM assumes the role of the general contractor, guaranteeing a maximum project price and taking on the financial risk for delivering the project on time and within budget. This approach fosters teamwork, streamlines communication, and minimizes risk for the owner while maintaining flexibility during the design phase.

If the owner desires a turnkey approach to design and construction, Design-Build construction is used. In this construction method, Graham is responsible for both the design and construction of the project, providing a single source of contact for the customer.
